Marquee Bar Concessions
You are invited to apply for a Bar Concession for England's
Medieval Festival
The Buxom Wench Tavern and the Jester's Inn. These two 40 x 100 foot traditional white centre pole marquees house the bar and catering concessions. The bar concession is allocated
40 running feet within each marquee. These points of sale have tremendous opportunity to sell beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic to the public during open hours on each of the Festival days and have exclusive rights to cater for the re-enactors who use the Buxom Wench Tavern facilities after hours on the four nights of the long weekend.
A good variety of quality beverages along with a high standard of service, costuming and decoration of catering area must be achieved and maintained throughout the entire weekend. The cost of acquiring the bar concession is £10,000
(or best offer if applicable). A 50% non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking, accompanied by a cheque post dated for 1st April for the balance due.
