Trader Information
Craft & Retail Traders have two trading space options to trade at our festival:
- Outdoor (where each space is 3m x 3m or 10ft x 10ft, and you provide your own
gazebo/tent or hire one from us)
- Inside a Marquee (where each space is 2m x
2m or 6.5ft x 6.5ft, and you are located in one of or trading marquees)
There are several Trading Areas for you to
request to trade:
We are proud to advertise our event as being the most authentic medieval Festival of its kind in the country, and our visitors have high expectations. In order not to disappoint and to add to the fun, we request that everyone participating is dress in medieval style, and we encourage all points of sale to adopt a medieval theme. We will offer ideas and suggestions to help you achieve suitable attire!
All Craft & Retail Traders must register to participate. At the time of booking a non-refundable registration fee must be paid. It is important to complete this form in full, giving all the information required. Confirmation of the trading space(s) is made upon receipt of the completed form and the registration fee. All relevant trader information is forwarded by email prior to the start of the festival.
Trading spaces will be allocated in priority based on the date of registration, but no specific space can be guaranteed.
Craft & Retail Trader's spaces prices are as follows:
One (1) Indoor or Outdoor space
- £175
each, earlybird special if booked before 30th November

Electric (indoor spaces only; limited outdoor availability) - Costs vary
based on requirements - minimum £75 for 12hrs use per day for the
full weekend
Trader Passes: Each trading space includes two (2) weekend trader passes.
- Additional weekend trader passes are £45 each
(for extra trader staff who are required to work in your trading
space all day/each day of the event - not for use by family and
friends).
Payments - We only accept payment by BACS (no processing fee), Credit Card (plus 3% processing fee) or Paypal (plus 3% processing fee)
Refunds - Payments are non-refundable.
Currency - All payments are in GB Pounds Sterling
