Food and Ice Cream Concessions
This is suited toward individual self contained mobile units. Where possible duplication of foods in each food court is avoided in order to offer the customer maximum choice and each concessionaire maximum sales opportunity. The positioning of the units is at the discretion of the organizers.
This single concession comprises three points of sale at locations allocated throughout the Festival site.
Located inside the Buxom Wench Tavern. A 40 x 100 foot traditional white centre pole marquee of which 50 running feet (along the rear wall) is allocated to the food sales and the remainder to the bar sales. This point of sale has tremendous opportunity for hot and cold food sales to the visiting public during Festival open hours.
